The following is a list of resources to help in readjustment to life as an involuntary remigrant in the Palestine. They have not been vetted by this website, so please use the comments section to tell us about your positive or negative experiences with them.
This university has a MA degree offered in Psychotherapy to improve the mental health of people in the West Bank. Many colleges offer free or cheap therapy with their students. I have done this myself and found that rather than getting substandard help, I actually had the benefit of a passionate and energetic therapist whose work was also sometimes supervised by their teachers so it was like two for the price of one. You may contact the university to see if what mental health services they offer or if they can connect you with practicing graduates.
